Penniesperminute.com is a virtual calling card than can be used to dial Domestic and International destinations. It can be used from home, work or when traveling. At any time you can logon to our website, view your call records and manage your account.

How do I sign up and when do I receive the card?

Click on Open Account and fill out the information requested. Once you are approved you will receive an activation email within minutes.

How do I use the Calling card?

Dial the Toll Free or Local Access number. When prompted enter the Account number found in your email. When prompted enter your destination number. For additional calls, do not hang up, just press the pound (#) key three times to restart the system.

Does the calling card have an expiration date?

Your calling card expires six months from the date of purchase. Expiration dates are extended whenever your card is recharged.

Does Penniesperminute.com have monthly fees, set up fees, minimums or other hidden charges?

Penniesperminute.com has NO hidden fees. Based on the plan you choose upon signup (Gold or Platinum) The platinum plan has no hidden fees. The gold plan has a per call surcharge of 49¢ and a 25¢ weekly universal fee.

Are there any surcharges when dialing from a payphone?

There is a payphone surcharge of 69 cents per call. (According to the Pay Telephone reclassification and compensation provisions of the telecommunications act of 1996 all communication companies are charged an additional fee when their Toll- free numbers are used from payphones.) This fee applies to both regular callingcard customers and 800Today users.

What is a Local Access number?

A Local Access number is a local number in your area that you dial to access our systems.

If there is no Local Access Number in my area, or I am traveling, can I use a toll free (800) Access Number?

We have two toll-free numbers to choose from: 800-432-4985 at 3.5 cent Domestic rate and a .50 cent surcharge per call. 800-432-4963 at 3.5 cent Domestic rate plus an additional 4 cents per minute. Also, if you know the area code of where you will be staying ahead of time, then you can check to see if we have any Local Access numbers in that area.

Is it safe to use my credit card online?

The server that sends your credit card information from your browser to the credit card company uses 128-bit encryption. We use the same technology as the government and banks all over the world. Millions of these types of transactions take place every day over the Internet.

How do I Recharge my card?

When you find that you are running low on funds, simply login to our secure customer area and select the amount you wish to add to your calling card's balance. You can also dial * # * at any time during a call on our systems and you will be prompted to recharge your account.

Is there a way to automatically recharge my card whenever funds are low?

Our Auto-Recharge feature was created so that you never have to worry about your balance. To enable this feature, log in to your account and click on the Edit button on the Manage page.

You can program up to 20 speed dial numbers into your account by simply logging in and going to the Speed Dial section.

How can I update my account profile?

To update address, email and credit card information simply login to your account, go to the Manage page and click on Edit.
